Description: Remember that nimble monster of an Imperial Stout - Turn of Darkness? Those perfect flavor notes of chocolate, coffee, pleasant smoke aroma, velvety mouthfeel, and balanced sweetness? Well, less than six months after introducing that home run of a beer we thought we’d duck with success and take it even further. We toasted American Oak, steeped it in the tank for 3 weeks and added fresh hand cut and scraped vanilla pods. It imparts all the great flavor notes - the smoky woodiness of a complex whiskey, buttery caramel, smooth coconut and the smooth richness of vanilla. Cheers to indulgence!
